Last week, there was a law passed in Warner Robins that prohibits britches being below the underwear line and having your underwear hang out more than 3 inches. The penalty for breaking this law is a $500 fine and/or 6 months in the pokey.

That is a great law. I need to understand what is the big deal showing your drawls anyway. Please in lighten me.
